IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division, Western Region ने Apprentices Act के तहत Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice और Graduate Apprentice के लिए नई भर्ती का official notification जारी कर दिया है। यह notification 05 अक्टूबर 2026 को जारी किया गया है।
इस भर्ती के तहत कुल 335 Apprentice opportunities उपलब्ध हैं। इनमें Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli तथा Daman & Diu के candidates के लिए अवसर दिए गए हैं। आवेदन प्रक्रिया 05 अक्टूबर 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है और eligible candidates 04 नवंबर 2026 शाम 5:00 बजे तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

🎓 IOCL Apprentice 2026 – कौन Apply कर सकता है?
IOCL ने अलग-अलग Apprentice disciplines के लिए अलग educational qualification निर्धारित की है। उम्मीदवार को संबंधित qualification regular full-time mode से प्राप्त करनी चाहिए। Part-time, correspondence या distance learning qualification वाले candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
1. Technician Apprentice
- Mechanical – 3 वर्षीय Regular Full-Time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Electrical – 3 वर्षीय Regular Full-Time Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Instrumentation – 3 वर्षीय Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
- Civil – 3 वर्षीय Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Electrical & Electronics – 3 वर्षीय Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Electronics – 3 वर्षीय Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
General, EWS और OBC-NCL candidates के लिए minimum 50% marks तथा reserved positions के लिए SC/ST/PwBD candidates के लिए 45% marks निर्धारित हैं।
2. Trade Apprentice
Trade Apprentice के लिए मुख्य trades में Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic और Machinist शामिल हैं। उम्मीदवार के पास संबंधित trade में 2 वर्षीय regular full-time ITI course होना चाहिए, जो NCVT/SCVT से recognized हो।
3. Graduate Apprentice
Graduate Apprentice के लिए BA, B.Com, B.Sc या BBA जैसी regular full-time graduation qualification निर्धारित है। General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates के लिए minimum 50% और SC/ST/PwBD reserved positions के लिए 45% marks चाहिए।
4. Data Entry Operator Apprentice
Data Entry Operator के लिए 12वीं पास qualification निर्धारित है। Fresher category में minimum 50% marks (reserved positions के लिए 45%) चाहिए। Skill Certificate Holders category में 12वीं के साथ Domestic Data Entry Operator का applicable Skill Certificate भी चाहिए।
📅 Qualification Passing Date
- Graduate और Technician Apprentice: prescribed qualification 01 April 2023 से 30 September 2026 के बीच प्राप्त की गई होनी चाहिए।
- Trade Apprentice / ITI / Data Entry Operator: prescribed qualification 01 April 2022 से 30 September 2026 के बीच प्राप्त की गई होनी चाहिए।
🎂 IOCL Apprentice Age Limit 2026
Age की गणना 30 September 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
- Minimum Age – 18 Years
- Maximum Age – 24 Years
- SC/ST – अधिकतम आयु में 5 वर्ष की छूट
- OBC-NCL – अधिकतम आयु में 3 वर्ष की छूट
- PwBD candidates को notification के अनुसार अतिरिक्त age relaxation मिलेगा।
💰 Application Fee
Candidates को आवेदन के लिए संबंधित NAPS/NATS portal पर registration और application process पूरा करना होगा।
💼 Selection Process
IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 में candidates का selection written examination या interview के आधार पर नहीं किया जाएगा।
- NAPS/NATS portal पर successful registration.
- Eligible candidates द्वारा notified opportunity के लिए application.
- Essential qualification में प्राप्त marks के आधार पर merit list तैयार होगी.
- Shortlisted candidates का Document Verification होगा.
- Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test पूरा करना होगा.
- Documents और medical fitness सही पाए जाने पर Apprenticeship Engagement Offer जारी किया जाएगा.
💵 IOCL Apprentice Stipend
Apprentices को stipend Apprentices Act और applicable Apprentices Rules के अनुसार दिया जाएगा। Official notification में किसी एक fixed monthly amount को इस advertisement में निर्धारित नहीं किया गया है; applicable statutory rate के अनुसार stipend payable होगा।
